Welcome to the technical help page.

​Following are possible issues and solutions:
Will my computer run the Zoom hosting platform used for the classes? 
  • Go to  Zoom test meeting.
  • ​You do NOT need to purchase a Zoom account for this course.


​Clear your computer's cache weekly.  

​I can't open the Living Waters Spanish Files website.  
  • This site requires a password. Make sure you are connected to the internet. Confirm your web browser is up-to-date. Chrome is recommended. 
If the above fails, try the following, one at a time, and visit the site each time testing to see if the Living Waters site accepts the password:
  • Update your browser
  • Completely exit your browser and re-open
  • Try an incognito window in Chrome
  • Try another browser 
  • Re-start your computer
  • Reset Internet router

The homepage does not display correctly or contains errors.  
  • Make sure you have the latest version of Java software.
  • If you are using a "No-Script" browser addon, allow this site to run JavaScript.​

Ads keep popping up, and I do not want them.
  • Install "AdBlock" or "Adblock Plus". 

I can't play/see some activities on websites.

​Causes and solutions:

1) Your internet security program is not allowing particular activities or webpages: Change your internet security to allow these activities and pages.

2) Your computer uses an uncommon operating system. Solution: Download and install the appropriate patches for the activities to play.

3) You have slow or sporadic internet service. Solution: Upgrade services.
